Math – Class Project

We will be working on a project in class the week of April 13 that will extend our unit on Geometric Shapes. The students will be designing/creating something out of materials that are shaped like Cubes, Rectangular Prisms, Spheres, Cylinders, Cones, and/or Pyramids. If you have any materials that could be used for our project, I would greatly appreciate the supplies. Some examples could include: cardboard toilet paper/paper towel tubes, boxes, empty plastic bottles, Styrofoam balls, party hats, and any other materials that are shaped like cubes, rectangular prisms, spheres, cylinders, cones, and pyramids. Thanks so much!
