Monday Ms. Stewart’s homeroom went to the library, and tomorrow, Mrs. Nelson’s homeroom will go. We have still not STAR tested, so at this point, I’m having students check out books on a second grade level. I realize some are reading above a second grade level; however, please bear with me until we can get everyone tested. Thank you so much for your understanding! 🙂
When do they do the AR testing and is that done is class or library?
AR testing is done individually when students complete their books. This is normally done during TRIBE time either in class or the computer lab. However, for the first two weeks of school, we (the entire school) are teaching our new PBIS expectations (Positive Behavior) during TRIBE time. STAR Reading test should be completed either by the end of this week or first of next week to the best of my understanding.
